Clear Roles, Confident Teams: The Power of Personalized Training

Organizational Effectiveness

The Challenge

A large multinational pharmaceutical corporation was facing significant departmental changes, leading to discrepancies in role descriptions and confusion among employees. The client needed clarity and customized training to help employees better understand their evolving roles. Aspirant was tasked with developing tailored learning journeys and creating personas to guide these pathways. The goal was to provide a personalized learning experience while maintaining a collaborative group setting.

The Solution

Aspirant developed customized e-learnings and a comprehensive training roadmap to help employees understand their new roles. These e-learnings allowed individuals to navigate personalized learning journeys, rather than following generic online modules. Once the e-learnings and learning paths were in place, we took it a step further by creating a centralized information hub to streamline communication. This included designing specific curricula, offering on-demand training, and building a SharePoint site to provide greater clarity on role-specific responsibilities.

The Results

  • Building trust and clarity for employees in new roles was achieved through strong, centralized communication.
  • The SharePoint site, recognized as a best-in-class solution across the organization, now serves as the company-wide hub for updates on the transformation.
  • Additional departments are eager to replicate this effort for their own teams and clients due to its success.
