A global technology company with a focus on healthcare needed help to create a clear brand story for the consumer to understand the benefit of the brand and to bring the brand position to life. The teams responsible for the brand needed to translate consumer insights into a designed customer brand experience that brought the brand positioning to life and provided a seamless brand experience for the customer. Ultimately, they needed a way to maintain consistency with the customer journey.
We developed and facilitated a brand experience workshop with internal teams. It started with an overview of opportunities and challenges with the brand. Using the research, the teams translated the brand into an experience flow that helped capture the most influential touchpoints in the client’s brand journey. The teams worked to identify and change key customer challenges and generate solutions. They created concepts and compelling stories to fix brand challenges and a brand experience playbook for the future.
