Digital Strategy Helps Non-profit

App Development & Integration

The Challenge

Our client, London’s largest non-profit provider of social services for women and children in the areas of housing support and domestic violence, faced reductions in funding from government sources. In addition, they were looking for new approaches to engaging with at-risk groups. The client needed to define a clear purpose and mission, develop a credible digital strategy, and design a business model that demonstrated good stewardship of the use of donor funds.

The Solution

Aspirant performed a capability assessment of the organization in supporting their key stakeholder groups, including local authority service commissioners. Then, we performed a SWOT analysis and were able to determine a strong alignment between the client and a sports organization planning on expanding into the UK. Aspirant determined a new digital strategy and business model leveraging digital technologies that would allow the organization to provide a greater range of services on a more efficient cost structure.

The Results

  • Launching a new mobile application from their digital roadmap that was a key component of the marketing campaign and business model innovation.
  • Aligning with the Lord Mayor’s Office and a non-UK professional sports organization, resulting in a collaboration for a joint social services marketing campaign.
  • Working to create the next generation of tech support for victims of domestic abuse.
