Tim Nath has been promoted into the newly-created Chief Operating Officer (COO) role as part of the firm's continued investment in organizational infrastructure. While Aspirant's rapid expansion has been well-documented, leadership has been eager to install underpinnings that will better serve a swelling headcount and power the company's next phase forward.
"By creating meaningful results for clients, we have built a terrific portfolio of long-term partnerships. Due to the resulting growth in our service offering and client base, we have made major investments in systems, processes, and people over the last two years. Tim's appointment further underscores our determination to systematically scale and grow our business, enabling us to serve our clients at an even higher level," explained CEO Mike McClaine.
Prior to joining Aspirant, Mr. Nath held several strategic positions during 13 years with Highmark. Upon joining Aspirant in 2015, he progressed through the Strategy & Delivery practice, eventually earning the Managing Director role. Mr. Nath is eager to shift gears into applying those skills internally. "This company is vastly different from the one I joined seven years ago," he recalled. "Our organization and client base have grown exponentially since then, along with operational complexity. Making improvements to those processes is a welcome challenge and an exciting opportunity."
In addition to heading the operations department, Mr. Nath will also lead various cross-functional programs and hold a seat on Aspirant's Executive Leadership Team.
Having full finance, human resources, marketing, and business development departments already in place, completing this installation of the operations function has redoubled Aspirant's confidence in their ability to take on the incumbent industry leaders. "Companies look to us as strategic partners who provide sustainable solutions aligned with their organizational goals," added Michele Petruccelli, Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation. "The initiatives Tim is leading may be behind the scenes, but their work will translate directly into extending our advantage in terms of the value we deliver for clients."
