Bill Kollitz will lead Aspirant’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice as well as consulting related to Marketing & Innovation and Organizational Effectiveness for the Pittsburgh-based management consulting firm.

Aspirant, a Pittsburgh-based global management and technology consulting firm, announced the hiring of Bill Kollitz as a Principal Consultant and member of the Aspirant leadership team. In this role, Kollitz will help in Aspirant’s service areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing & Innovation, and Organizational Effectiveness. He will report directly to Aspirant President Mike McClaine.

Prior to joining Aspirant, Kollitz was President and Chief Operating Officer at Innovatus Imaging, a 160-employee medical device company that was formerly part of Bayer. During this transition, he helped establish Innovatus and implement new branding, systems, processes, and tools to support the entity.

Kollitz was previously in various roles at Bayer HealthCare, including General Manager - Multi Vendor Service; Senior Director, Head of Services Modality; and Director of Marketing, Multi-Vendor Service. He also worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Brand Manager.

During his career, Kollitz has gained experience in various areas, including strategic planning, global marketing, brand/product management, product development/commercialization, and operations management. He has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing / Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.

This hire continues Aspirant’s overall expansion in the Pittsburgh marketplace, having recently acquired HR Imagined and hired its President, Cheryl Paxton-Hughes, as part of this acquisition.
