Campbell, previously a Chief Operating Officer, brings 20+ years of executive leadership in IT services and operational improvement.
Aspirant, a global management consulting and technology firm, announced the hiring of Dean Campbell as its Vice President, Digital and Technology Consulting. Campbell will report to Aspirant President Mike McClaine. The company’s headquarters are in Pittsburgh.
In this new role, Campbell will strengthen Aspirant’s existing strategic Digital Transformation capabilities to not only guide clients through the transformation process but also architect and implement the solutions. Campbell will build upon the current teams of digital and technology consultants and further integrate these technology experts with the company’s other service areas. He will also help lead Aspirant’s overall strategy, culture, and operations.

Prior to joining Aspirant, Campbell worked at Plus Consulting, where he was most recently the Chief Operating Officer. Before being named COO, he was the Director of CRM Consulting. During his career, Campbell has gained experience in various areas, including business development, IT strategy, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and process reengineering and improvement.
Campbell has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
