For the third year in a row, Aspirant has been named Best Place to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times. This award is based on a survey that gauges employee engagement across Western Pennsylvania.

The organization has nearly tripled in size since 2020 in order to keep pace with market demand.

In addition to being a Best Place to Work, Aspirant has received several other recognitions in recent years. They have also been named a Fast50 company in 2021 and 2022 as well as the Official Consultant of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
