Award is based on employee survey and honors Western Pennsylvania's most outstanding workplaces.
Aspirant, Pittsburgh-based management consulting and technology firm, has been named a 2020 Best Place to Work in Western Pennsylvania by the Pittsburgh Business Times (PBT). The PBT is holding a virtual event to honor the winning organizations on Thursday, December 3, 2020, from 3-4 p.m.
“While large, traditional consulting firms have struggled during the pandemic, Aspirant has grown over 25% because of our culture and our people,” said Mike McClaine, President of Aspirant. “Our consultants are innovative, agile, and absolutely dedicated to creating the practical, sustainable results that businesses need now more than ever.”
The Best Places to Work honors the region's most outstanding workplaces, and winners were selected based on an employee survey conducted in summer 2020. As stated in a news release from the Pittsburgh Business Times, “After a record-setting nomination year, we're excited to share the 2020 Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania. This past year companies have been tested in ways no one ever imagined. Join the Pittsburgh Business Times as we recognize those companies going above and beyond for their employees as we count down our region’s best places to work by size category to those with the highest scores.”
"Aspirant noted earlier in 2020 that companies that most fluidly adapt to the virtual world will have the best opportunity for sustained success,” said Judy Johnson, Ph.D. Vice President and Organizational Effectiveness Director. “This year has proven our hypothesis, with Aspirant not only receiving terrific feedback from our employees, but also continually delivering outstanding results for our clients.”
