For the second consecutive year, Aspirant has been named to the Fast50, the Pittsburgh Business Times regional list of the fastest-growing Pittsburgh-based companies. By the end of 2022, Aspirant is expected to grow a projected 306% since 2018, earning their spot among other rapidly expanding businesses.
This continued organic growth is a direct result of Aspirant leadership's strategic planning, part of which includes long-term scalability. The company's revenue is directly impacted by fulfilling promises made to clients, which is possible due to the foresight of adding multiple support roles, streamlining processes, and overhauling internal operational and ERP software.
To further accommodate the demands of their clients, Aspirant added new practices and attracted industry-recognized top talent to the organization. The Organizational Effectiveness practice, led by a former leader at BCG, Judy Johnson, Ph.D., was added to Aspirant's integrated services. Similarly, former CPG industry executive Michele Petruccelli was recruited to form the Marketing & Innovation practice. Substantial growth was also driven by the integration of a Recruiting Process Outsourcing business under Patty Silbert, a highly regarded recruiting industry expert.
Despite an exceedingly difficult labor market, Aspirant’s leadership has helped the organization avoid material turnover, attract needed talent, and provide an exceptional employee experience. As a result, Aspirant was selected as a Best Place to Work each of the last two years.
“Our perpetual growth is made possible by staying true to our values,” said Aspirant CEO Mike McClaine. "We elevate our clients’ performance by delivering practical solutions to their most significant challenges. Clients can overcome their complications through Aspirant's immersive approach, designed to reach sustainable results. By exceeding expectations every time, we grow as our clients grow."
Pittsburgh Business Times will host a celebratory event on August 25 at the Westin Convention Center to honor all recipients.
