A UK-based company with over 150 years of experience within the health and wellness industry amid an effort to break into the US market but also struggling to keep pace with the future of retail.
Although the client had a growing fanbase within this new market, they needed to reconfigure their marketing and branding strategy while also addressing their products’ inconsistent pricing across several retailers.
We leveraged Digital Discovery® to obtain meaningful feedback. We provided customers with an assessment and encouraged them to provide feedback about their favorite product, and how pricing changes would affect their buying decisions. Customer assessment responses were then analyzed using our AI tool, and a Power BI Dashboard was built to help convey our findings and insights to our client. Alongside our analysis of the customer assessment data, we also analyzed the client’s existing pricing data to further develop our quantitative understanding.
